Online survey about communicating organ donation wishes – Can you or someone you know help?
My colleagues and I (Dr Melissa Hyde) from the School of Psychology and Counselling at QUT are conducting a project looking at looking at people’s beliefs about communicating their organ donation wishes (e.g., registering, talking to family).
We are interested in a range of beliefs and welcome participation from people who do wish to donate their organs upon death, people who do not wish to donate, and people who are undecided about donation.
If you are an Australian resident and aged 18 years or older and are interested in participating, you will need to set aside approximately 15 to 30 minutes of your time to complete an online survey at:
https://survey.qut.edu.au/survey/169415/16ec/
If you would prefer to receive a paper copy of this survey, please contact Melissa on mk.hyde@qut.edu.au
Please feel free to pass along these details to anyone who you think may be able to help.
If you choose to complete the survey, you will have the option to enter into a prize draw at the end of the survey to win one of 5 $100 Coles/Myer or Wish gift cards to thank you for your time.
This study has received ethical approval from the QUT HEC (Ethics Clearance # 1000000223).
Thank you
